Ndiswrapper working but Wlan failed to setup

Hi all, I have a weird behavior on my pc that prevent DHCPD to run properly. DHCP is not the issue I want to fix for the moment as I think the Wlan card is causing problem.

Here is the dump of boot msg when popping out network devices:

eth0 IP address: for mandatory devices: wlan0
14 12 11 10 9 7 6 5 4 2 1 0
wlan0 interface could not be set up

What card R U using?
R U using Suse's ndiswrapper or a binairy? And what SuSE R U running?
