M4, Automake, Autoconf, Binaries?

Any ideas where I can get my hands on some binaries for M4, Automake, and Autoconf? I can get the source-code for these all day on Freshmeat, but cannot find the binaries, not even with Google. Trying the source-code puts me in a "circle of dependencies", as I need Automake to install everybody, M4 to install Autoconf, Autoconf to install Automake, and back to Automake to install everybody. SuSE 9.1 has nothing of this sort on the CD. Where can I get the binaries? I know the HAVE to be out there.

These packages all seem to be in ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.1/suse/i586
