Login in to Suse Linux from windows.


Hi i am trying to login in to suse linux box with x mnanager from windows but i couldn't i tried with some of the earlier threads from the group members but i couldnt in these case i found every one pointing to the changes to be done in /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager( ihave done the same)but in one thread some one mentioned /etc/opt/kde3/share/config/kdm/kdmrc kdmrc file need to be edited but i could not find the file in the same path i found it in
/opt/kde3/share/config/kdm which i have done the changes but even then iam not able to login can any one help me.

and i have seen the /var/log/messages wher iam viewing the below mentioned output every time

su: (to nobody) root on none
