Lexar Flash Drive

Hi:
I read over at linuxquestions.org that the Lexar Flash Drive 1 GB works
under FC2. My question is, does it work as easily under OSS 10.0 and in
the same manner (i.e. automatically mounting under /mnt/flash)?

different distros have different default configurations, which i think is why there are so many different distros. i would think SuSE is user friendly enough to automatically mount usb devices.
if you try it and it does not we can go from there.
the first thing to do would be to check 'dmesg | tail' and 'lsmod'

any usb 1GB drive will work

Thanks. I was able to mount it using mount /dev/sda1 /media/usbdrive
And it was a Lexar Secure II 512 MB hard drive.
