KDE 3.4, multiple users and sound

ok... quick question...

I want to run a multiuser GUI system which it seems like KDE can do (ie. the switch user command)....

the only problem i'm having is that the sound doesn't work for the other (2nd user)... it only works on which ever user log's in first.

Is there something to configure for the resource to become available to the second user? I"m sorta lost here....

thanks!
