Installing Icon Theme Sets in OpenOffice

Can someone tell me how to do this. I found an icon theme, downloaded it and unpacked it. Where do I put it, and then how do I tell OpenOffice to use it?

I am using SuSE 9.0 Pro with KDE 3.1. OpenOffice 1.1.0. Sorry, I didn't include that in my previous post.
