Installing gdesklets on Suse 9.2 Pro

Hi, i'm really new to Linux. Tried installing gentoo but cant even get pass the installation process, then i opted for suse 9.2 as it has a user friendly installation process.

Anyway, im using the KDE desktop management package. I still cant figure out how to install applications or softwares in this environment. Theres this software call gdesklets that im really interested in but i dont know how to install it. Tried reading in the install notes but cant get a clue of how to install it. Really dont know where to start to be honest.

So, can someone please explain or show me how to install gdesklets on my suse 9.2 step by step, as in from the start. I'm really desperate!!! HELP! :D

Ok, lets get this right: you're using KDE as your desktop right? gdesklets are for Gnome desktop I think. If you want something similar to gdesklets for your KDE look for SuperKaramba.
