I'm trying to install Firefox 1.5 on SUSE 9.1. Here's what I have done so far: I have downloaded and untarred the tarball. I tried ./config, clicking the Firefox shell script, make install, etc. I then tried to install via YaST, but can't find any Firefox installations in any of my repositories. Can someone give me a clue as to what I might be doing wrong?

I'm using SUSE 10.0 and I want to upgrade Firefox 1.5.0.10 --the one that came by default w/ the system-- to the latest Firefox 2.0.0.3.
Sorry for the basic questions but I want to do this right
- I'm logged-in as 'root' right now, if I copy the gz file to the directory "/opt/MozillaFirefox/lib" and proceed to untar it there then the latest Firefox 2.0 will be available and executable to ALL USERS, not only to 'root', right ?
