I got lots of dvd movies I like to put on my computer and I using suse 10.0. But I`m


I got lots of dvd movies I like to put on my computer and I using suse 10.0.
But I`m looking to make perfect quality dvd movie backups with total control?
Is there a software out there?

If you'd like perfect quality backups, just dd the DVD to a file on your HD:

dd if=/dev/hdc of=somemovie.iso bs=32k

If you'd like more control, the install WINE and DVDShrink (a Windows program, but it runs well under WINE).
