HOWTO request - SuSE 10.0 Installing MPlayer

Hi, I've just installed SuSE 10.0
I would like to install MPlayer - I've addded the Pakcman repository,
but when I select MPlayer I get a lot of inconsistencies!

Help me!

Thanks,
Riddick

Then start the old fashioned way. Package by Package.

Try to find the packages at rpm.pbone.net. They usually have all the ones that you would need.

I am sure that there is an easier way, when I find one I will tell you.

Add all the sources to YAST that this site says :

http://www.thejemreport.com/mambo/content/view/178/42/

Then install mplayer and w32codec-all !

This worked for me :-)

Good luck.
