Question How to run cgi programs with perl in susu 10??? please help me!!!!


hello can anyone suggest how to run cgi scripts in suse 10
i have installed apache and my PHP programs run fine.
but simple cgi programs do not run
all the files are placed in the /srv/www/cgi-bin directory

did u make them executable?
chmod 0755 file.cgi

whats the files' extension .pl or .cgi or sth else?
wht error message do u get trying to run them?
