How to add a virtual pdf printer ?

Hi !

How can I add a virtual PDF printer to my SuSE 10.0 box ?
I want to generate PDF files from applications like firefox. I known OO package can generate PDF versions of their files, but it is not the case. I want to print to a virtual PDF printer that will generate a pdf file.

regards,

Are you sure it's not already installed? On my system, "Print to PDF" is one of the default printer options. There was no need to install anything.

Sorry for that. I was trying to add a printer using the CUPS admin interface (http://localhost:631) and YaST/hardware/printer but never occurred to me to check the Printer dialog.

many thanks for the hint ! I lost 3 days trying to figure out how to add a pdf printer before I decided to post a help request here....
