I have a SUSE 9.0 and i don't know what system files i'd have to modify to change my desktop from gnome to kde.i whant to enter in a kde envoirment when my computer boots up

please use useful informative thread titles in future... also a please or thankyou don't go amiss.
when you boot up you presumably have a graphical login screen. simply select from the dropdown list tere which desktop you want. if kde is not in the list, you presuambly don't have it installed.
