I've only found two distos so far that actually worked with Flash videos: Mandriva 2005 LE (after much tinkering) and SuSE 10.0 (right out of the box). In all other distros, no matter what settings I use, either the flash video plays but with no sound, or it freezes. Since SuSE 10.0 got it right, I was expecting 10.1 to come through as well, especially since both distros install Flash as part of the initial installation process. But alas, no dice. Things freeze up again. Does anyone else have this problem? How can it be fixed? Thanks.

Same here..10.0 flash works....10.1 is quirky...freezes..lags...stalls...maybe worked once..ehh if that

I've never had a problem with Flash on any SuSE distro. Using the new 10.1 addon CD it's even simpler to install the non-oss software.
