finding the right download


hi,
i am trying to install suse 9.2 because i heard it has a great support for power menagment. so, is there a way to install suse 9.2 professional without buying it.
can i install 9.1 personal or sometihng like that and upgrade it?

I know I read something on there the other day about 9.2 being downloadable. I wish I could find it now. I know you can get iso's for the eval version. I think for a full install you have to install from FTP or something to that effect. Hope that helps some.

SuSE 9.2 is not yet available on the ftp servers. I just checked at ftp.suse.com/pub/i386/9.2

There are some packages there: updates for those who have it already. I strongly suspect that when it is available they will do as they have done with other versions and add a /boot/boot.iso into the 9.2 directory (boot.iso is the ftp install boot CD).
