Unhappy Dual Boot Suse 10.1 Wireless Card Inoperative

Has anyone experienced this problem. I have dual booted my system using Suse10.1. Wireless card works great in Linux, but is inoperative using Windows. Can anyone tell me why this happened, and how can I resolve the problem? Of course the wireless card worked prior to installing linux. A swap partition has been added as well.
