Drawing Program?

Hello,
Thanks for all of your help LQ'ers.
I am still trying to learn how to use GIMP 2.0. This could take a while.
1) Can anyone suggest a drawing program that's SUSE 9.1 personal compatible?
I tried to download the latest release of inkscape but received dependancy warnings and declined to install, since I'm still new to this linux stuff.

As an alternative can someone offer GIMP 2.0 documentation or a How to website etc?
I've tried GUG but they don't really cover 2.0 as compared to previous versions.
- One more thing. I am helping my company to generate marketing material. Is there a website that provides no cost artwork for websites, printed documentation etc?
Like a clipartesque' kind of site?

Thanks again,

Let me see, you really want Photoshop, right? I'd buy a copy of the codeweavers.com Crossover Office suite and then install Photoshop on Linux, they support it officially, thanks to someone at some animation plant in Hollywood offering to fund the conversion. Personally, I have used the paint program in Open Office and the GIMP for some things, but nothing is quite like the 'Shop for feeling at home.

For free clip art, I'd check out (shh, don't tell anyone....) Microsoft's clip art online, they've got a TRUCKload of graphics and they're all royalty free. You should also try searching google for "royalty free clip art" and see what you get.

HTH,

Ross
