Convert SUSE installation iso CDs to DVD

Is there a way to convert the 5 installation iso cds (vs 9.3 pro) to a DVD?
I saw a posting on the Fedora forum showing how to use Jigdo. Is it possible to do the same for SUSE?
I want to be sure that thes is NOT the question that was answered in another post. I already HAVE the 5 cds. I want to make a copy for a friend, don't have extra CD-Rs, DO have a bunch of DVD-Rs.
