Compter hang in the middle of recovery from suspend to disk.

When I type 'hibernation(?)' or 'echo 4 > /proc/sleep' or click on 'Suspend' from the shutdown menu it dump the memory to hard disk and go to suspend disk mode with no problem. But the problem is when it comes back
it hangs in the middle of recovery with following error if I do in run level 5.
atkbd.c: Spurious ACK on isa0060/serio0. Some program, like XFree86, might
be trying access hardware directly.

So I switched to run level 3 and tried again. In run level 3 the error above does not show up but instead it hangs right after mouse module loading.
I wonder what causes this problem. Any hint or idea is appreciated.
