Auto Ipod

On suse 10.1 how do I set up my ipod to auto mount and open with banshee as is the default behavior for fresh install.

I recompiled kernel and the ipod is no longer auto mounted. An icon apears on the desktop and allows me to mount it in the usual right-click way, but it used to automount and then open with banshee.

Where can I set the configuration for this? ie is it udev, hal, gnome settings?? I don't know which app is responsible for each step.

Ipod appears as sdb and sdb1

then on manual mount, mounts as /media/IPOD

I tried adding /dev/sdb /media/IPOD vfat auto 0 0 to fstab , but then I couldn't mount it.

I also had a look in /etc/udev but couldn't find anything in there either.

Can anyone shed any light?
