Apcusbd service doesn't load at boot up

I just installed the software for my APC UPS on my SUSE 11.2 machine. After some work I finally got it work except I have to go and start it each time I reboot. It is supposed to load automatically, but somehow mine doesn't. If I go to a command prompt as SU and type "apcupsd start" and then go look at the GUI everything shows up fine.

has apcupsd been added to your starup daemon lists? I think you can use yast to add to your startup daemons... It's been a while since I've used Suse.. If not you can have gnome start it for you

YAST doesn't let me add services

I checked YAST2 and it only lets me enable/disable services. APCUPSD isn't listed.
