after update I can't access my http server

Hi there; I have just updated from SuSE 10.2 to 10.3 and now I can't access my http server. I can ping it, name can be solved to IP but system refuses to connect. I tried to disable firewall set router and system in DMZ -- nothing worked. BTW the only way I can access http is from local machine through "localhost".

no-ip, redirection port #80 on router, OpenSuSE 10.3.

update

I did some researches -- I've found that Apache doesn't start. My problem still exist because it doesn't give me any error messages, In error_log I see:
[Fri Oct 12 16:55:30 2007] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php5/extensions/bcmath.so' - /usr/lib/php5/extensions/bcmath.so: undefined symbol: OnUpdateLongGEZero in Unknown on line 0
httpd2: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/php5/extensions/mhash.so: undefined symbol: ap_php_slprintf

but why problem to load PHP affects httpd itself -- I'm cleuless...
