Access files


I have two Suse installed in my pc. I would like to access files of one of them in the other. Is that possible??

Please tell me how.

It depends on the permissions. It is the uid and gid of the users that determines whether they can read files. If you only have one user in each, they probably both have the UID of 1000. Even if they are different, you can A) use root to read the files B) Create a group on both distro's with a common GID C) Use setfacl to allow the user with the UID of the other distro to read files.
