A novice trying to switch from KDE to gnome

I'm a total novice in linux and just installed SUSE 9.1 personal. I was wondering how I would go about changing me desktop from KDE to GNOME. I would appreciate any help greatly.

Use YaST to install gnome. Then you will have the option somewhere on your login menu to run either gnome of KDE when you login.

1. Go into Yast.
2. Type "gnome" into the search box (If you find its already installed, go to steps 6 and 7.)
3. Check the box in the right hand corner when it appears for gnome
4. Click accept to install at bottom right hand corner
5. Follow prompt for installation cd
6. After install, get out of Yast and log out of session
7. You will be at the session manager box and click on "menu" to select gnome
Thats all there is to it.
