9.3 - No more Icon Zooming?

It doesn't look like I can enable "icon zooming" in this release. I know it's kind of a silly complaint, but I liked it. Does anyone know if there is a way I can get it back like 9.2 or earlier?

thats a kde thing ie they changed "icon effects" to that silly pop up thing in 3-4 :-o

I wish they had kept the icon zooming. It was a nice little feature, I am not too keen on the text pop up bubbles.
