Hi,

I'm using openSUSE 10.2 and getting the following message whenever I invoke zen-updater.

Novell.Zenworks.Zmd.Public.ZenException: database disk image is malformed

Server stack trace:

at System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy.PrivateInvoke (System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy rp, IMessage msg, System.Exception& exc, System.Object[]& out_args) [0x00000]

I searched for it online and found that quite a few users have experienced it but couldn't find a fix.

Any pointers?

delete zmd database and restart zmd
rm -f /var/lib/zmd/zmd.db
rm -f /var/lib/zmd/package-history.db

rm -f /var/lib/zmd/zmd.db
rm -f /var/lib/zmd/package-history.db
rczmd restart
