Wireless radio does not power on after resume from suspend.
Using openSuse 11.2 (Linux 2.6.31.12-0.2-desktop i686) with Broadcom (BCM4306) wireless adapter.
Everything works fine from boot, however if the system suspends to either RAM or disk, the radio does not power back on and I have to reboot to connect the wlan0
How can I manually enable the wireless, from turning on the radio to enabling NetworkManager? If I can figure that part out, I can at least script it, and perhaps even figure out what the root cause is and fix it from there.

Reason: Added wireless adaptor model.
Hi,
The first solution that comes to mind is try disabling and reenabling the radio using a hardware switch (most laptops have one, usually an Fn+F# combination). Another thing I'd try is unloading and reloading the driver module.
For debugging I'd try disabling NetworkManager and try doing everything manually. Also see dmesg if there is any indication about what's wrong.
