Question wine on opensuse 10.2

Hai there...

I have a problem on linux...
Please help me...
How can executable program which developed on DOS or Windows running in OpenSuse Linux...?
Cause it's hard for me to develope the program from the beginning on Linux. Too many time to take....

just double click on the .exe file in konquerer or nautilus
