Where is this screen located?

I'm trying to fix my audio and this might do the trick but I've never run into the window at the bottom of the post:

http://forums.opensuse.org/hardware/...very-time.html

The window with "Devices, Sounds, System Beep". How can I get into this form and where is it???

GNOME : Menu → → Gnome Control Center > Sound.

But if you haven't found it, you are probably using KDE.
And have similar functions in : Controlcenter ( kcontrol ):
> > Sound & Multi Media → System Bell , if you wish.
The default is :
Sound & Multi Media → System Notifications.

If the sound works OK, I guess so.
