Whats the deal with Kaffeine?

Anytime I download an MPEG(dial up), it buffers, then plays a segment, buffers again, then the next segment, and so on and so on. When the whole thing is downloaded WTF can't I play the entire mpeg smoothly/continuosly? It redoes the whole procedure all over again!!! Same with shoutcast music! Is there a way to set it?? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks, Guys

Try do just download the mpeg and then play it from disk.
