What is http-rman in /etc/hosts.deny on suse?

I have a SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 install and I see in /etc/hosts.deny I have this by default:

http-rman : ALL EXCEPT LOCAL

What exactly is that for?

http-rman is a service that allows access to man pages via a normal web browser. I don't recall what port it operates on but the line in hosts.deny would have the effect of blocking anyone not on the local lan from accessing this service. It's for security reasons. If there are any vulnerabilities in http-rman you don't want them to be exploitable by anyone from the outside.

Do you know what this service is? I'd like to turn it off and change my hosts.deny to

ALL:ALL

I searched /etc/init.d/ and can't find any script with rman or http.

rman - RosettaMan - Filter for Manpages

hosts.deny file by default has entry "http-rman : ALL EXCEPT LOCAL" (even if rman isnt installed)
if u want to add ALL:ALL u can delete it with no worries, cause u by default disable all services
