Use Yast to add SuSE 9.3 sources

Is it possible to use YaST to upgrade from 9.2 to 9.3 using the ftp mirrors such as ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp...suse/i386/9.3/

Not yet! What you see on this server is the add-on to the CD-version of SUSE 9.3 that is in the shops now. Since the CD's do not contain all packages that are on the DVD, SUSE supplies them via FTP for the people without DVD drive. But this in not a full 9.3 distribution. You'll have to wait until the full FTP version is released.
