Upgrading to KDE3.4

Hi all,

I am a newbie to Linux. I use SuSE 9.2 eval
I wanted to upgrade my KDE to 3.4

But I received that error while upgrading:

You are using the Eval??? The last I heard the Eval was a live CD/DVD. Are you using the download edition? If so then use yast to download X11 (xorg) header files - xorg-devel. Please clarify, because if you are using the eval, you cannot upgrade anything.

No I am using the download edition.

I think I have downloaded X11 files. Then what should I do?

If you have dl'ed xorg-x11-devel, then you should be set to go, until you hit the next dependency. You realize that there are SuSE rpms for KDE 3.4, correct? I understand if you are going for the pure install, but there are yast sources were you can install 3.4. Just wanted to make sure you knew there was a faster way.
