Suse enterprise 9 free edition?

This might seem to some to be a dumb question but; I was wondering if there is a free edition of Suse Enterprise 9? I have read other threads but have not been able to find a definite answer. Also if there is, does it come with the server control panel that the retail version comes with? Could someone provide a link is there is such a version? I know that there is OpenSuse but did not know if it is the same.

Thanks

Enterprise servers are the commercial branch (with support, longer maintainance,
certifications etc. ) - so you won't get it for free i'm afraid.

http://www.novell.com/products/linux.../features.html

- you can get a free trial
- you can use the Open version of the non enterprise line

Thanks for the response, what you stated is what I was thinking, that it will not be free.

If you use the free version you won't be able to get any updates unless you sign up for a subscription.
