I would contact Suse (If you bought it), but meanwhile you can look for the updates manually on their server (or any of its mirrors) if you haven't done so already.

also you can find some other stuff there (in supplementary) - it is not a part of the official update, so I wouldn't be to brave installing everything I see there, plus many things require newer libraries, i.e. KDE 3.3.2 base libraries.
If you like the ease of YOU, try adding a new installation source ("Change Source of Installation") in you YAST sofware menu. This one is very popular:

add it as an http source and put 'suse/9.2' for "Directory on Server". Authentication is anonymous.
