...and you have some empty space left? Then simply install FC3 in that empty space. The only part where you have to be careful is when it comes to writing the bootloader to disk. Choose grub and write it to a floppy instead of the MBR. Then add the entry of FC3's grub.conf to SUSE's /boot/grub/menu.lst. That should be it.

You may also safely use the same swap partition for both systems.

Make sure you have enough free space to install Fedora and then proceed with the Fedora installation making sure that you don't tamper with your Suse partitions. If you want to use Suse's GRUB, make sure you do not install a bootloader when installing Fedora and then add a menu entry for Fedora in Suses /boot/grub/menu.lst. Its also a good idea to create a boot disk for Suse just in case something goes wrong.

I am not sure if this is an option in FC3 (it is in SUSE) to write the bootloader to a floppy instead of the MBR. If you do that, you can use the configuration of FC3 as a template to modify SUSE's /boot/grub/menu.lst. And you'll also have a floppy too boot into FC3 in case of problems.
