suse 10 and multimedia issues, how do I solve them?

no mp3 divx avi wmv etc

http://packman.links2linux.org this place aint helping me.

anybody with strait foward solutions?

i could install mplayer ,vlc and win32codecs and gxine
now i am able to play mpg wmv wma and all sorts media.
i installed smart package manager and it works great in suse10.
u can also try that.
