Question SLES 9 SP3 + SAS-controler > online update

Hi all,

yesterday i have installed Suse SLES9 64bit with SP3 media on an IBM xSeries 306m with an Adaptec SAS Raid controller (RAID 1).

For the installation I have used the driver update disk from IBM (adp94xx-1.0.7-11.sles...)all works.

At the reboot the server comes up.

Afterwards I have installed many patches over the online update funktion in yast2.

At the reboot the server showes the following messages:

tth42 ................ttyze.............urandom.zero

No root device found; exiting to /bin/sh

sh: can't access tty; job control turned off

Any ideas how can the driver be loaded manualy?

Or, must I again install the system?

Sorry for my bad endlish ;-)

Regards

Ulrich
