resolution problems w nvidia


i have difficulty increasing my resolution past 1024 x 768

i have a toshiba qosmio with a G force FX (nvidia) on it.. ne suggestions??

Edit your /etc/X11/XF86Config file
There will be a section for screen resolutions add the extra resolutions your want
