Removing an application not installed by YaST

Distro is Suse Linux 10.0

How do I remove an application installed from a .tar file?
The application was cbb-0.9.5 downloaded as LATEST.tar at

http://home.gna.org/cbb/downloads.html

As I am not a C programmer I can not trace where the
Makefile put all the application's files. Even though I
looked carefully at all the subdirectories in the Filesystem using Nautilus it was of no avail.

Which are the files that I have to remove?

The application's Makefile source code follows:

# Generated automatically from Makefile.in by configure.
# Makefile.in generated automatically by automake 1.3 from Makefile.am

# Copyright (C) 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

# This directory's subdirectories are mostly independent; you can cd
# into them and run `make' without going through this Makefile.
# To change the values of `make' variables: instead of editing Makefiles,
# (1) if the variable is set in `config.status', edit `config.status'
# (which will cause the Makefiles to be regenerated when you run `make');
# (2) otherwise, pass the desired values on the `make' command line.

If you installed the application with 'make install', try to use 'make uninstall'.

See above .. :)
