Problems with vmware tools in Suse 9.3 as a guest and Win2k as host

I have win2k as the host operating system and suse prof 9.3 as a guest (virtual). I have installed the last version of vmware in win2k. In suse i have installed the vmware tools. When i pressed install vmware tools it appeared a ISO and with YaST i have installed. The problem is tha i can't use this vmware tools because i don't now where it is or what i have to do to use it. I tried writing: vmware-toolbox & but i appeared a error. I need help to use the vmware tools with this 2 OS.

I installed the vmware tools because i really need to drag and drop things for one OS to other, shared folders, etc..

thaks

I really have solved this problem, i could configurate the vmware tools perfectly. But, Now i have another problem. I want to drag and drop files from linux to windows o to share a folder and i can't. The opcion of drag and drop is enable and shared folder too. The thing is tha por example in linux i don't know where the shared folder is. i don' konw where to find it. Olso, if i put copy (ctrl + c) in lunux por example, i cant put paste in windows.

Please, i really need to solve this

have you started the Samba server in Suse yet? If you set security=share you should be able to share everything without drag and dropping.

Just out of interest how did you set up networking in your Suse guest set-up in VMware when you created the guest? Is it bridged and NAT'ed on a separate IP address range than the rest of your network/router?
