Problems with audacity

hello evry1!

I want to mix 3 .wav's, so a friend recommended me "Audacity"
so I installed the Multimedia-option packs with YOU
with this I also installed audacity
But when I start the link in the menu, nothing seems to happen
Does more of you have the problem?
Does someone know an other solution for mixing .wav's?
Does someone know how to fix this?

btw I have the same problem with some other apps

Nevermind, now it works
I don't know why it didn't the first times
The only thing I did, was 3 times rebooting, more not
I'm glad it works now

For two wav files, you could use the "soxmix" program.
