Packman libusb update breaks X

I downloaded the latest libusb-1.9-0.pm.i586 from packman and updated over libusb-1.8-33.i586 and after rebooting, X wouldn't start. I got an error message that said it couldn't find libusb-0.1.so.4 and aborted trying to start the server. I reinstalled the 1.8 version and everything worked again.

There are some differences in the two rpms. The 1.9 version doesn't have
/usr/include/usb.h,
/usr/lib/libusb.a
/usr/lib/libusb.la
/usr/lib/libusb.so

Does anyone know how to contact packman so I can tell them about this?

I downloaded the latest version, 0.1.10-1, from sourceforge and built my own rpm. Works great.
