No internet with router and dsl modem

Hello,

I have a problem with Suse 9.1 to connect internet, maybe someone can help me?
My router gives 4 ips to the computer and i want a static ip in every computer.
The networkcard has this config and is up.
192.168.168.xx1 / 255.255.255.0 / 192.168.168.230
Routing in Yast is default gateway 192.168.168.230
Firewall is off.

Its al working and the dsl and router has connection, but no internet.

The only way to get internet is to use KInternet tool, what i normally use with only the dsl-modem.
If KInternet is up and gives icon of connecting, then i have fully internet.
Every time the connection lost after a while, but the time-out = 0.

I thought KInternet is not needed because its an permanent connection with networkcard and router. LAN.
If the KInternet connection is lost with this error, then Kopete stays online

pppd[0]: Connect: pp0 <--> /dev/pts/1
pppd[0]: LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests
pppd[0]: Connection terminated
pppd[0]: anon warn[open_inetsockptp_callmgr.c:311]: connect: Connection timed out
pppd[0]: anon fatal[callmgr_mainptp_callmgr.c:123]: Could not open control connection to 10.0.0.138
pppd[0]: anon fatal[open_callmgrptp.c:391]: Call Manager exited with error 256
pppd[0]: Script /usr/sbin/pptp 10.0.0.138 --nolaunchpppd finished (pid 32080), status = 0x1

pppd[0] died: PPP negotiation failed (exit code 10)

Maybe its simple to solve and I hope someone can help me with this problem

I want a permanent static connection through my router without KInternet.
