is there any other compatible packages available ? Is SUSE11 is a good choice for installing zabbix ?
Plz Suggest as it is extremely urgent?

Probably, as all zabbix packages are available with zypper or Yast.
If you have a support agreement with Suse.

OpenSuse 11.0 has been unsupported for a long time :
No packages to be found any more.
( Some can be found at http://rpm.pbone.net/ )

I had no problems installing Zabbix with Fedora and Debian lately (last months)
I installed Zabbix about two years ago on Centos also with no problems.
