Unhappy MBR deleted now what?


Hello ppl,

i have windows 2000 in /dev/hda and suse-9.2 in /dev/hdb. i installed windows followed by suse in their respective harddrives. but you see i deleted window 2000 and installed windows xp now i get only windows xp to boot with so my question is how do i install grub and have suse to boot with?

Use your Suse installation cdrom or dvd to boot into your current Suse installation and then do as root "grub-install /dev/hda".
