Ldap authentication Error OES linux

Hello,
I am installing a Novell OES linux server. During Installing a new tree. While configuring and saving Services (iManager, Lum, Iprint), I seems to always get an error right at saving Linux User Manager.
Error:
Unable to connect to LDAP server (servers IP) or the specified user cn=admin.o=calce does not have enough privileges to configure LUM. Please correct problem and re-run NAMCONFIG after install.

Any Ideas?
