KWorld DVB-T 210 produces no video from composite

I am using opensuse 10.2 on a computer with a PCI KWorld DVB-T 210 connected to a VCR running though the composite input on the card. KDETV and yast detect the card and KDETV gives two options, neither of which work, though there are no errors. I assume that it detects something because when the VCR is plugged in I have 2 options whereas usually I have 1. I only want to use the card to capture video through the VCR and don't care about normal or digital TV.

Although i am using KDE at the moment, I am willing to use any application but for ease of use (this is in a school) I would prefer to use a GUI application.

Can anybody give me any help on how I can get this to work

John

p.s. Any Questions just ask.
