Unhappy K3d kicks in

Hello, I have just installed 9.2, well it seemed ok for a while, but now when I go into my computer, or try to access a file, the CD/DVD program kicks in and will not let me go any further, I tried a system repair but it did not find anything, any ideas??

A Long shot

I guess something is wrong with your default file mime settings. Try opening a file by right clicking it first and then opening it specifically with its program (like a txt file with Kedit). After this if K3B does not start then you might need to go to the mime settings of konqueror and remove K3B from the mime settings.
If the problem still persists then let us know. But this is still a very long shot....

YaST-> Software-> Install and Remove Software-> Filter: Selections-> Reload KDE Desktop Environment.

This is just a rough guess. It might not touch mime settings at all. If the problem is elsewhere (unlikely) then it still might catch it. If you could find the file that those are stored in, then I would rename it first, and see it it gets recreated.
