Internet connection via router & cable modem

Ok, I got tired of fighting with this problem, so re-installed 10.2, and it worked fine after rebooting after the install. Which proves what I was saying before, that "it just worked" before. At any rate, thanx for all the help and suggestions! I'm good to go now!

Ok, I'm at it again. Thought I found a fix for this, but it didn't help me. Is there anyone out there who knows why I can no longer connect to the internet with 10.3?? As stated in this thread, I can re-install 10.2 from scratch, and it works instantly right away. No configuring anything. When I install 10.3, there seems to be nothing I can do to get it to connect to the internet.

Am I the only one with this issue? 10.3 is useless if I can't get online, and I want to upgrade.

Wow. Never mind again. Somehow, it works now. I believe it may have something to do with loading winblows, then coming back to suse. Cuz it just works now.
